Life Disrupted

when a plan

falls together

glue the living hell

out of it

take it to the sea shore

watch the seagulls

drop their bombs

on others

wait until their faces

turn red

and laugh at the mess

they’re in

sit on the dock of the bay

and see the grass grow tall

in fairest weather

when the thick fog rolls in

you can cut open

with a butter knife

that’s how it goes

when you’re at the top

on a roll

breathing deep

taking it all for granted

’cause sooner or later you’re goanna hit a snag

drop kick

in the huevos

rolling in pain

migraine in the brain

clearing your mind’s

I in spite of you tripping over yourself

and falling on your ass

Now, that’s

Life disrupted

exactly how it goes

give praise to the night owl

he sees you coming

shut up

little man!

you’re the devil’s
