you may have looked for me as I drink well hidden among the cactus flowers
it is sunset and I raise my cup to our great sun falling and glorious new moon rising
for strange things happen when drunk in how nature has told me she wants me to be
I sit in my chair with long shadows dancing to my great delight such joy not being sober in the sweet
cradle of nature’s love such happiness shrinking into and being absorbed into what beauty surrounds me
in the last gush of heat of the day you will wonder where I am and not find me.
