this is it

so make the best of it

like drinking the warm morning tea

get outside

feel the warm rays of the sun

recharge every cell of your body

enjoy the wind

and rain

and falling leaves

the chirping of birds

melt yourself within all that’s nature

and trust that it will take you

on a peaceful serene journey

one of inner knowing and growing awareness

as to what is really important that truly matters most in life.
